This is first of its kind system innovated and developed by our team for measuring preload(Rolling Torque) of Taper Roller bearing in Tractor assembly line. Some of the Key highlights of this project are.

A solution for determining the shim thickness for appropriate tightening of inner/outer race of bearing into the transmission assembly of Tractor Gearbox. Some of the Key highlights of this project are.
- Highly scalable solution which can be modified to suit different shim sizes.
- High precision measurement systems with accuracy of upto 5microns.
- Real time data gathering along with option for barcode generation and excel sheet generation.
